“Mantinga” started it opperations in 1998 by introducing a new product line to the Lithuanian market-frozen, ready to bake breads, pastries and other confectionery products imported from France. Today “Mantinga” is one of the largest and most modern producers of bread, snacks and frozen products in the baltic states. The company owns four modern factories (three in Marijampolė and on in Riga), offers around a thousand different products, and exports to nearly forty countries worldwide from the Americas to Japan, China, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
Task : Mobile Robotic cell for box palletizing.
Brief system description:
The client’s requirment-to have a mobile collaborative robot cell for palletizing 10 different types of boxes. the system consists of a collarative robot, a conveyor system, safety components, grippers and an interlayer frame. Details of each element:
- Collaborative robot UR20 -a 20kg. payload robot capable of stacking products up to 2100mm high on a pallet.
